To that end, we've expanded our recruiting funnel, launched initiatives like Future Women Leaders and the Diverse Leaders Program, and increased outreach to groups that have historically been underrepresented in financial services. We’ve developed resources to support our employees’ career growth, including high-impact affinity networks – the Blackstone Women's Initiative, the Blackstone Diversity and Inclusion Network, the Blackstone Veterans Network, and OUT Blackstone. In addition, we leverage our internal efforts to advance diversity across our portfolio. We still have a long way to go but our firm is focused on accelerating diversity and inclusion.
